The crash of Raisi's helicopter could have been the result of a pre-planned conspiracy, in which Israel, Great Britain, and Azerbaijan were allegedly involved, stated Kamran Ghazanfari, a member of the Iranian parliament.
"Raisi's participation in the dam opening ceremony took place at Aliyev's insistence; the latter had met with Jewish rabbis a few days before the incident," he said. According to the MP, Iranian intelligence agencies have documents and reports that show the disaster could have been planned in advance.
As a reminder, the helicopter of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi crashed on May 19, 2024. The helicopter carrying President Raisi, Foreign Minister Abdollahian, and representatives of local authorities made a "hard landing" in Iran's East Azerbaijan province, as a result of which the crew and all passengers died. According to the official version, it was an accident. The number of passengers exceeded the limit, the helicopter could not gain the necessary altitude, and in foggy conditions, it crashed into a mountain.
